When you subscribe to or interact with VeloxARB, we collect the following categories of information:

2. How We Use Your Information
We use the information we collect for the following purposes:
- To create and manage your VeloxARB account and subscription
- To deliver sports betting analytics alerts to your Telegram account
- To process subscription payments and manage billing through Stripe
- To communicate with you about your subscription, including confirmations, renewals, and support responses
- To troubleshoot technical issues and improve the reliability of the Service
- To comply with applicable legal obligations
We do not use your information for advertising, profiling, or any purpose other than delivering and maintaining the Service.
3. Telegram Data
Your Telegram user ID is collected solely for the purpose of delivering sports betting analytics alerts to your Telegram account via our bot. This identifier allows our system to route alerts to the correct recipient.
We do not share your Telegram user ID with any third parties. We do not access your Telegram messages, contacts, or any other Telegram account data beyond the user ID necessary for alert delivery. Your Telegram account remains governed by Telegram's own Privacy Policy.
4. Payment Processing
All subscription payments are processed by Stripe, Inc., a PCI DSS-compliant payment processor. When you subscribe, you provide your payment information directly to Stripe through their secure interface. VeloxARB does not receive, transmit, or store your full card number, expiration date, CVV, or any other sensitive payment credentials.
We store only:
- Your Stripe customer ID (an anonymous reference token)
- Your current subscription status and tier
- Billing cycle dates

5. Data Sharing
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal data. We share data only with the following service providers, and only to the extent necessary to operate the Service:
- Stripe, Inc. — For payment processing. Stripe receives your payment details directly and we receive only a token reference. See stripe.com/privacy.
- Supabase, Inc. — For database hosting. We store account data (email, Stripe customer ID, Telegram user ID, subscription status) in a Supabase-hosted database. Supabase processes data in accordance with their privacy policy.
We do not share your data with sportsbooks, gambling operators, data brokers, advertisers, or any other third parties.
6. Data Retention
We retain your personal data for the duration of your active subscription. Following cancellation or termination of your subscription, we retain your data for an additional period of 12 months.
After this retention period, your data is deleted from our active systems. Certain anonymized or aggregated records may be retained longer for operational analysis, but these records cannot be linked back to you individually.
You may request deletion of your data at any time — see Section 7 below.
7. Your Rights
You have the following rights with respect to your personal data:
- Access: You may request a copy of the personal data we hold about you.
- Correction: You may request that we correct any inaccurate data.
- Deletion: You may request deletion of your personal data. We will delete your data within 30 days of a verified request, subject to any legal retention obligations.
- Portability: You may request an export of your data in a machine-readable format.

8. Cookies
Our website uses minimal session cookies necessary for basic site functionality, such as maintaining your login state. We do not use advertising cookies, cross-site tracking cookies, or any cookies from third-party ad networks.

- Facebook Pixel or other social media tracking pixels

9. Responsible Gambling Data
VeloxARB is committed to protecting the privacy of subscribers who reach out regarding responsible gambling resources.
We do not share any subscriber data — including your identity, email, Telegram ID, or subscription status — with sportsbooks, gambling operators, or any gambling-related third parties. If you contact us seeking responsible gambling resources, that communication is treated as strictly confidential and will never be used for commercial purposes or shared outside VeloxARB.
