Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or subscribing to VeloxARB (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use the Service. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and VeloxARB, LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company ("VeloxARB," "we," "us," or "our"). We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

2. Description of Service

VeloxARB is a sports betting analytics subscription service. We provide mathematical edge detection alerts — including arbitrage (ARB) opportunities and positive expected value (EV) bets — delivered via Telegram. Our algorithms monitor publicly available sportsbook odds across 40+ books and identify statistical discrepancies for informational purposes.

VeloxARB is NOT a sportsbook, gambling operator, or financial advisor. We do not accept, facilitate, or process any wagers. All information provided is for analytical and informational purposes only. You are solely responsible for any betting decisions you make, and for ensuring that your use of the Service complies with all applicable laws in your jurisdiction.

3. Subscription & Billing

VeloxARB offers three subscription tiers billed on a monthly basis:

• EV Only — $49.00 per month
• ARB Only — $99.00 per month
• Pro (ARB + EV) — $149.00 per month

All plans include a 7-day free trial. You will not be charged during your free trial period. If you cancel before your trial ends, you will not be billed. If you do not cancel, your subscription will automatically begin billing at the end of the 7-day trial period.

Subscriptions renew automatically on a monthly basis on the same calendar day each month. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting us at jamesburbach@gmail.com. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. No refunds are issued for partial months. You retain access to the Service through the end of the period you have paid for.

All payments are processed by Stripe, Inc. By subscribing, you authorize VeloxARB to charge your payment method on a recurring basis. You are responsible for keeping your billing information current.

4. Eligibility

You must meet all of the following criteria to use the Service:

• You must be at least 21 years of age, or the legal gambling age in your jurisdiction, whichever is higher.
• You must reside in a jurisdiction where sports betting is legal and regulated.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract.
• You must not be prohibited from using the Service under any applicable laws or regulations.

By subscribing to VeloxARB, you represent and warrant that you meet all eligibility requirements. VeloxARB reserves the right to terminate your account if we have reason to believe you do not meet these requirements.

5. Acceptable Use

As a subscriber, you agree to the following restrictions:

• You may not share, forward, repost, or otherwise distribute alerts or any other proprietary content from VeloxARB to any third party.
• You may not resell, sublicense, or provide access to the Service — or any portion thereof — to any other person or entity.
• You may not use the Service for any commercial purpose, including operating a tips service, signal group, or advisory service, without prior written consent from VeloxARB, LLC.
• You may not attempt to reverse-engineer, copy, or replicate VeloxARB's algorithms, systems, or delivery infrastructure.
• You may not use the Service in any way that violates applicable law or these Terms.

Violation of this section may result in immediate termination of your subscription without refund.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, VELOXARB DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

VeloxARB makes no guarantee of profit, edge availability, alert accuracy, alert frequency, or continuous service uptime. Sports betting lines move quickly and alert windows may close before you are able to act. Past results shared in marketing materials or testimonials do not guarantee future performance. Expected value is a statistical concept realized over large sample sizes — individual outcomes will vary.

We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from delays, viruses, or other harmful components.

7. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, VELOXARB, LLC AND ITS MEMBERS, MANAGERS, EMPLOYEES, AND AFFILIATES SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE SERVICE.

This includes, without limitation:

• Losses resulting from placing bets based on VeloxARB alerts
• Missed alerts or delayed delivery of alerts
• Account limitations or closures imposed by sportsbooks
• Any financial damages of any kind arising from reliance on our Service
• Data loss, service interruptions, or technical failures

In no event shall VeloxARB's total cumulative liability to you exceed the amount you paid to VeloxARB in the three (3) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

8. Responsible Gambling

VeloxARB is an analytics tool. We are committed to promoting responsible gambling practices among our subscribers.

9. Termination

VeloxARB reserves the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without notice, for any of the following reasons:

• Violation of any provision of these Terms
• Fraudulent or abusive use of the Service
• Non-payment of subscription fees
• Any conduct that VeloxARB determines, in its sole discretion, to be harmful to the Service, other subscribers, or the company

Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. Sections 6, 7, and 10 of these Terms shall survive termination.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Wyoming, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Wyoming, and you consent to personal jurisdiction in such courts.
